Study On The Construction And Development Of Shandong Regional Financial Centers

Regional economy means a lot to regional finance, while the financial centers palys greater importance to real economy. Regional financial center has not only the power of adjusting the allocation of resources and promoting economic growth, but also the capability to rapidly spread the financial resources such as the financial information to the markets around. It is precisely due to this point, that the government of Shandong Province has clearly proposed in the'Eleventh Five-Year'Plan of the development of finance in Shandong, that during the period of"Eleventh Five-Year", Shandong Province will fundamentally come to a formation of a regional financial center, which has the complementary advantage of the two in Jinan and Qingdao, with distinctive characteristics, thus enjoying a rather influential effect upon our country.The research is not popular at present concerning the systematic analysis of the construction of Shandong regional financial center. This article hence is trying to propose some operable policy recommendations to how to make it for the construction of Shandong regional financial center, through the method of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis and normative analysis with empirical analysis, also with the combination of the reality of Jinan and Qingdao.This article is divided into six chapters to research the construction of Shandong regional financial center: Chapter one and chapter two have mainly analyzed the related theories concerning the formative machanisms, formative mode and effect of financial centers. Chapter three has mainly concluded the experience of our country's construction of regional financial center. Chapter four has mainly analyzed the current situation and the condition of the construction of Shandong regional financial center. Chapter five has analyzed the competitive indicators which have an effect on our country's main regional centers, with the method of using statistical analysis software, thus locating city Jinan and Qingdao, to finally provide theoretical support for the two cities'construction of regional financial center. Chapter six has proposed the policy recommendations of the promotion of the two cities'regional financial center upon the foundation of the chapters'analysis above.
