B2B third-party platform e-commerce model takes the largest part of e-business model, but the development of China's B2B e-commerce still in its Primary stage. So in the future, the development for B2B third-party platform e-commerce model is still has great opportunity. One of important factors which hinder the development of B2B third-party platform e-commerce is trust problem. It becomes difficult for enterprise to choose the enterprises which can be trust. So in this paper, we will focus on the factors which affect the trust of enterprise on B2B third-party platform.This paper focuses on factors which affect the trustiness of enterprise on B2B third-party platform. Based on the technology acceptance model (TAM) as the core of the B2B third-party platform trust factors affecting the assumed theoretical model and to assume that the factors affecting the trust to do the questionnaire in the form of an empirical study. Statistical methods through empirical study of data collation, analysis and operation, get the third party based B2B trading platform theoretical model of corporate trust and trust evaluation system. Entropy-based method and AHP (AHP) to judge the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to evaluate the actual enterprise. In that way we can evaluation results with the actual situation. Thus proving the establishment of the factors affect the trustiness of enterprises on B2B third-party platform e-commerce model are practical and its theoretical model of trust evaluation effective.
