With the deepening of the society informatization and the increasing of the Internet penetration, the development of electronic commerce has become the important force to promote the development of global economy, and the third party electronic commerce platform is the basic means to conduct e-commerce activities. In the face of the growing third-party e-commerce platform, the user will always want to choose the platform with perfect function and good service quality to achieve maximum value. Platform operators also need to understand the function of the platform construction and the service effect, so they can find the advantages and disadvantages in order to further improvement. Due to the lack of scientific evaluation system for the effect of third-party e-commerce platform, single function and low efficiency are the most phenomenon of the third-party e-commerce platform. To solve the above problems, this paper aims to establish a scientific evaluation index system of third-party e-commerce platform effect, use the third party electronic commerce platform as the research object, through the theoretical research of scientific indicators, and the weight, to set up the model, and then through the empirical analysis to prove the rationality and feasibility of the evaluation index system.First, this paper expounds the relevant theoretical basis of e-commerce, mainly introduced the theoretical overview of the third-party e-commerce platform, including the concept, classification, function and operation mode. And then expound the concept extension and effect of the third-party e-commerce platform.Secondly, through expounding the principles and methods of the evaluation index system to building the efficacy evaluation index system of the third party electronic commerce platform.First of all, through the analysis of the interview results, combined with the previous literature reading, from the information service, online trading, online communication, user management, service conditions, transaction scale, using situation, preliminary build the level indicator from above seven aspects of the third party e-commerce platform efficacy evaluation system. And then in order to ensure the scientific nature of the evaluation index system, through questionnaire and expert scoring, we selected 24 indexes as the tertiary indicator. Eventually determine the third-party e-commerce platform efficacy evaluation system consists of 2 levels of indicators,8 secondary indicators, and 24 tertiary indicators.Finally, specific the assignment method and standard of each indicator in the third party electronic commerce platform, then combined the improved analytic hierarchy process with expert scoring method to determine the weight of evaluation index system of the third-party e-commerce platform, and set up the effect evaluation model of the third party e-commerce platform. And choose five third-party e-commerce platforms, analyzing the function of each platform and the service effect comparison according to the evaluation model, in order to verify and revise the scientific and feasible of the evaluation index system.
