A Study On Industry Transfer From Eastern Region To Xinjiang

As the acceleration of economic globalization and restructuring speed of world industries, industry migration between nations is also carried out quickly, industrial grads transfer between regions plays the key role in the economic development. The purpose of this study is that Xinjiang face the good opportunity for eastern industrial transfer, how to use the comparative advantages, actively undertake the industrial transfer, spur economic growth in Xinjiang and promote regional economic development.This paper uses the quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, empirical analysis and standardization of research, studying on industry transfer from eastern region to Xinjiang. The study focus on the empirical analysis of carrying on industry transfer from Eastern Region to Xinjiang, starting with the industrial transfer theory at home and abroad, first, the article analyzes the background, advantages and disadvantages in Xinjiang for accommodating the transference; second, with the statistical data, analyzes the grade of industry in the secondary industry, then calculates the primary industries grades coefficient of Xinjiang; through analyzes Xinjiang and Kazakhstan's trade competitiveness and trade complementarity , initially established the carrying on transferred industry; then combined with the situation in Xinjiang, focusing on the future of Xinjiang leading industries and pillar industries, following the principle of carrying on industry, ultimately determine the type of energy minerals industries, textile and garment industry, agricultural and sideline products Industry and specialty products processing industry are key industries for industrial transfer; finally, based on the above analysis, it provides corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for Xinjiang to undertake the transferred industry.
