The Research Of Power Supply Enterprise IT Governance

This paper describes the development process of IT governance and status, studied the theory of IT governance and COBIT and the COBIT control processes of IT governance. Then, combining the Henan Electric Power Corporation IT governance status and existing problems, use the maturity model and interpolation method conducted an assessment the Henan Electric Power Corporation's current level of IT governance. Finally, the combination of COBIT controls proposed in the four areas of IT governance, and put forward the Henan Electric Power Corporation to improve IT governance specific implementation plans.
