All the time, a lot of man power and resource were applied in development of applied software in electric power grid enterprises. Although there were some notable achievements, it was not economically effective. Thus, it is very important to enhance the risk management and control in the development of applied software projects. In this thesis, based upon the theory of risk management, varied risks were identified from the projects of applied software development for the electric power grid enterprises. The identified risks were estimated according to the evaluation methods of risk probability and impact degree, and feasible strategy for each risk was proposed. Here, two cases were discussed as practical examples which were information systems of Inner Mongolia electric production management and IT service management. And those two cases demonstrated the efficacy of properly adopted risk management methods and strategies. This thesis could be helpful for risk management and control in applied software projects of informatization in electric power grip enterprises, hence, the goals could be successfully achieved in software projects in the future. |
