The Synthesis Evaluation Of Cleaner Production In Thermal Power Plants

The cleaner production in thermal power plants is defined as the continuous application of pollution prevention strategy to generate electricity process, which will play a greater role to enhance the competitiveness of thermal power plants and realize sustainable development.Based on the analysis of the domestic and foreign research condition of cleaner production, this paper studies the implementation of cleaner production in thermal power plants, and builds the evaluation index system according to the particularity of cleaner production. And combine with the characteristic of evaluation index and sample data, the paper establishes the evaluation model based on rough set and support vector machine to carry on the synthesis evaluation of cleaner production of five thermal power plants, confirms that it has good quality assessment effect after comparing with the single support vector machine. It showed the practical value of the model in the research. And in the end, the paper proposes some measures to promote the cleaner production.
