With the continuous development of industrialization in China,a series of problems such as energy crisis,industrial pollution and ecological environment destruction have been aggravated.It is necessary to take measures to control the problems which is also the current research direction.The best solution to the problem of pollution discharge is to control from the source rather than the end,so the clean production theory was born.As the main power generation in China,thermal power generation that the main raw material is coal which will produce dust,SO2,NOx and CO2 and other waste in the combustion process,affects the ecological environment.Therefore,the emission problem of coal-fired power generation has received extensive attention.In order to alleviate the environmental pressure caused by the thermal power production process,the application of cleaner production is imperative.In the execution process of cleaner production of thermal power enterprises,business managers expect to see the implementation of cleaner production results visually,and according to the effect of cleaner production to make the adjustment and optimization of policies,then to ensure the clean production measures can adapt to the development of enterprises.Therefore,it is very important to evaluate the clean production status of the thermal power generation enterprises comprehensively.In this paper,we are beginning with the analysis of the background and significance of cleaner production.Through the study of the current status of cleaner production at home and abroad,we introduce the current research directions and contents of cleaner production in detail.According to the development process of cleaner production at home and abroad,the paper focuses on the theoretical research of cleaner production and lists the main components of cleaner production and the objectives of cleaner production.With the comparison of "end treatment”,the importance of cleaner production is highlighted.Based on the operational characteristics of the thermal power enterprises,the index system for the comprehensive evaluation of cleaner production in thermal power plants is established.We builds a comprehensive evaluation model of cleaner production in thermal power generation enterprises.The data is pretreated by AHP.After confirming the weight of each index system,we can get the final evaluation score.The processed data is divided into training set and test set and the grid search algorithm is used to optimized the parameters of the least squares support vector machine.The optimal evaluation model is used to evaluate the cleaner production of the power generation enterprises and the results show that the model has high accuracy and practicability.Finally,according to the results of the evaluation,we put forward the corresponding improvement measures to ensure the smooth implementation of clean production of thermal power enterprises.
