Power Grid Planning is a very important part of economy and social in local power supply area. It is also an important basis for electricity's development. Recent planning researchs the specific implementation plan in shorter year. This paper researches the short-term construction project planning of distribution network in Linhe district, Bayannaoer city. At first, this paper analysis the economy and social of Linhe district, then research the status and existed problems of sistribution network, then use load density indicators method and experts predict method to forecast the load. At last, put forward countermeasures and suggestions for short-term construction project planning of distribution network in Linhe district and study the estimation of transformation and its economy.
