The CDM's Mechanism Exploration And Feasibility Study In The Field Of Solar Energy In Jinan

The appearance of Clean Development Mechanism (CDM), with its purpose to settle the climate and environment issues using marketing methods, has provided a win-win opportunity for both developed and developing countries. The reduction motto, which we brought up at the Copenhagen conference, brought us new challenges. To achieve this goal, we should keep on carrying out the energy saving and consumption reduction project while extending realms which it involves in. And solar energy is a natural, clean, environment-friendly energy.Solar energy resource is rich in Jinan, which is home to several leading big-scale solar energy enterprises like Linou, Sangle and so on. Although these companies have remarkable achievements in researching, developing and marketing products, they rarely have focused on how to design and declare the CDM project using solar energy. Facing with so many international and domestic project application on wind power and water power, it becomes more important for us to explore a suitable way for project application on solar energy.According to the analyses and research of 1.6MW PV power system in Linou science and technology park, this essay carried out basic research on solar energy CDM project and respectively elaborated it from identifying, designing and declaring process. And then methodology of the project is analysed. After making a bunch of computation on project emission factors, it finally made sure the CERs of this program and also the supporting financial numbers we obtain if we could apply this project successfully. Last but not least, it judged the regular projects and gave reasons for why we chose PCDM program to apply for solar energy program.I hope that we can provide reference for government's policy making and enterprises' practice by researching and analysing CDM project of solar energy.
