Since reform and opening, China's economy is developing and booming. The fastest-growing is cosmetics industry. Advertising is a good proof of the country's economic development. Television is the most powerful mess media in China. TV cosmetics'advertising is a very effective form of propaganda. It is the best way to create a good brand image and influence.In this paper, for the purpose of advertising effectiveness study, combined with communication research methods, Advertising research methods and marketing research methods, consumer psychology, knowledge, right to conduct a wide range of cosmetics advertising effectiveness analysis. The results showed that:1. The new era of new environment, TV is still the best media advertising cosmetics.2. Main target audience of most cosmetics ads are women. Advertising claims should meet women's psychological needs mainly.3. TV advertising is not only the cosmetics business marketing tool, but also have a profound impact on popular culture and social climate.
