With the development of the Internet and big data technology, advertising has become one of the main revenue of Internet companies. Traditional Internet advertising does not completely achieve precision marketing, mainly due to:1. lack of big data platform to store and process user data; 2. the analysis technology of audience is not yet mature. The key point of the targeted advertising lies in the identification and selection of advertising target audience. However the accuracy of the audience tag database is not only related to portrait of user, but also affected the advertising effectiveness.The article will show how to design Internet advertising tag library crowd Mining Method and study delivery rules. And the main work and contributions of this thesis can be summarized as follows:1. Rules of advertising audience taxonomy will be get after analyze the role of Advertising、pricing model and the User behavior, Through different Crowd Category Systems, we will get the custom crowd categories and peculiar crowd categories.2. Audience tag database is built by labeling the audience and weighting the label. Information what users visit was classified by manual, semi-automatic and automatic. The weight is calculated by user’s access behavior. Based on this audience tag database, advertisers or advertisers can advertise the desired crowd by choosing the label.3. On the basis of the advertising audience taxonomy, advertise can be delivered by selecting the label, similar audience and association rules etc.In this pager, we have compared and analyzed the effect of advertising, and we found that the audience tag database which was constructed by classifying user access information and given weights to different crowd tags is very helpful to advertising. The results can provide some guidance for the Internet advertising precision marketing.
