People's life based food safety which has become a major global strategic issue in today. The demands for food and safety needs are the basics of human existence. Food safety is been more concerned by people because of the incidence of food safety incidents. The research on protected values in food company is conducive to understand the current situation on food safety. The lack of CSR will result in serious social consequences and significant economic losses. Research on corporate social responsibility is beneficial to enterprises practical guidance and forward-looking prediction. The relationship between protected values and CSR will provide the way how to select and train the person with ability.Research 1 establish a survey of the protected values in Food Company which were conducted by 147 consumers and food industry staff. Through factor analysis we found two facts:the security of food quality and the image of the food company. Protected values are different in educational level. Reseach2 on 66 food companies'staff by a survey of the protected values in Food Company and CSR questionnaire showed that there is a significant correlation values between responsibility of business ethics and protected values. And people with HPVs are significantly higher than people with LPVs in CSR. There were significant differences in business ethics in identity and age. The nature of corporate social responsibility in business is also significant differences.
