Work Values is the extension of values in the field of work,which is an important factor affecting people's career choice and career planning,but also an important guarantee for enterprises to realize their development goals.It runs through all the aspects of production,operation and management,internalizing the behavior norms of all the employees,determining the survival and development tendency of enterprises.In the context of China's social and economic development and globalization,researching the work values of employees of state-owned insurance company,which is one of the financial industries,analyzing the differences in the work values of employees and exploring the influence on work behavior and work performance,is advantageous to the enterprises to formulate targeted and differentiated management methods and incentive mechanism,to stimulate beneficial behavior motivation of employees motivated,so as to improve the performance of staff,thereby enhancing the overall level and create more value of the enterprise.Based on the analysis of both domestic and overseas literature of knowledge genrativity values and external growth values,combined with the observation and analyses of daily work,put forward the research framework and research hypothesis for taking the employees of The Jiangxi Branch of China Life Property & Casualty Insurance Co.,Ltd.as an example.A questionnaire survey to 400 employees in the company,using SPSS analysis software to take the reliability and validity analysis,descriptive analysis,one-way analysis of variance and multi-factor analysis of variance.The results were as follows: There were not obvious differences in generativity values and extrinsic growth values in terms of the demographic variable such as knowledge,age,and position.On the contrary,there were significant difference in generativity values and extrinsic growth values in terms of gender,psychological age,marital status and work seniority.According to the results of the research above,the author contacting the current situation of The Jiangxi Branch of China Life Property & Casualty Insurance Co.,Ltd.,discussing the reasons for the difference of employees' work values.Finally,the author put forward four management suggestions for how to establish a positive generativity values,such as develop a scientific knowledge sharing system,construct a flat knowledge management organization structure,build an employee knowledge sharing platform,and establishing an assessment & incentive mechanism of knowledge sharing.To establish a extrinsic growth values,the text propose to formulate a scientific and reasonable compensation system,improve performance management and incentive mechanism,design reasonable promotion channel these three management recommendations.The text provides a certain reference for better grasping the psychological and behavioral characteristics of their employees,in order to implement differentiated human resource management,and cultivate positive values for their employees.
