Study On In-slot Winding Stator Production Process And Quality Control Method

Shanghai Hitachi Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd. is a professional production company of air-conditioning compressor. This paper mainly describes the production quality control methods of company's newly developed motor used in high-efficiency energy-saving inverter compressor. The compressor motor uses a totally new process– in-slot winding, its main advantages are mainly reflected in simplifying manufacturing processes greatly, operating personnel process, and reducing raw material consumption of copper enameled wire. This paper introduces the realization of the key processes in detail, such as key equipment - in-slot winding processes and equipment structure, and control methods in production process.
