Research And Control In Quality Cost For Auto Turbochargers Components Industrialization

Based on our auto turbocharger components industrialization, this dissertation established quality cost model and quality cost optimization model that will adapt to following industrialization. These models, which had been made practical research, clarify the interrelation between product quality level and product quality cost. It will provide important information for higher administrators if they form quality management decision-making.Established quality cost model identifies that quality cost are composed of intuitionistic quality cost and hidden quality cost. It especially emphasize the importance of hidden quality cost and have a detailed research. According to Fornell method, customer satisfactory index (CSI) consists of hiberarchy system,including product function, technology and quality, cost, price, delivery schedule and service, which will affect customer value and customer satisfaction. Then design estimation matrix which will be used to define the proportion. Finally calculate and get CSI value per the ended level proportion. Based on CSI, it had established primary method to evaluate hidden quality cost. Based on the analysis on the traditional quality cost optimization model and that under zero-defect, this dissertation points out the limitations exist in these two models. The author introduce our ongoing lean-six sigma management. Under the guideline of lean-six sigma management, it establish new quality cost optimization model, which clarify the interrelation between product quality level and product quality cost. On the basis of analysis of the performances of our auto turbocharger components domain, it validate the feasibility of these models, which will provide important information for higher administrators if they form quality management decision-making.
