Nowadays, the cost inflation, RMB appreciation and cruelty market competition bring on a great hard difficult to the manufacturing industry. The world economy is down to the lowest ebb due to the U.S. sub prime mortgage crisis. Thousands of corporations are suffering an exporting winter. Many enterprises are looking for a breakthrough of the pretty pass. With the sharp rise in the export of passenger conveyer, the number of containers using in parking has been doubled. It is corporation attention that the packing problem has increasingly become the focus of.The research background has been given in the thesis at the first. To show the content and significance of this study, the paper analyzes the different types of packing problems and algorithm. Further more, it focuses on the status of the passenger conveyer packing. Both the academic theory and actual process of loading are wrote by studying packing problem. In order to optimize the container utilization, one boxing program-- step-style and plug-in combination have been proposed with not only the process but also the realization of the algorithm. The first step of this plan is moving the truss into the container, and then loads the cases. The truss packing used the BFD algorithm (best fit descending), on the other hand, the cases packing used simulated annealing algorithm.The research provides the direction and reference for standard loading. Not last but the least, it summarizes the outcome in both the success and the defect. The dissertation puts forward the future research and the related fields at the end.
