Production and maintenance are two important activities in manufacturing enterprises.The production planning formulated by the production department can ensure the products are produced on time.The maintenance planning formulated by the maintenance department can ensure the normal operation of the equipment in production system.The activities are implemented by equipment.If they are not properly coordinated,they will be conflict with each other between the production planning and maintenance planning.And the conflict in time will not only result in the accurate implementation of the production planning,but also lead to the failure of the maintenance planning.Therefore,the coordination of production planning and maintenance planning is an important magic weapon for each manufacturing company to obtain success.For this reason,the joint optimization of production planning and preventive maintenance is carried out and a joint optimization decision-making model is constructed.Using the simulated annealing algorithm to solve it,and the proposed model and algorithm are illustrated by X company.Firstly,the background,purpose and significance of the article are analyzed,and the research status of the production planning,preventive maintenance and simulated annealing algorithm are summarized.Second,the theoretical basis for production planning,preventive maintenance and simulated annealing algorithms are introduced,and the necessity of joint optimization of production and maintenance is analyzed.Then,a joint optimization model for production planning and preventive maintenance is constructed to optimize the total cost of production planning and preventive maintenance during the whole production planning period.The simulated annealing algorithm is used to solve the problem and determine the optimal production lot and optimal preventive maintenance interval for each period in the whole production planning period.Finally,the production workshop of X company is taken as the case object to determine the comprehensive strategy of production planning and preventive maintenance during the whole production planning period,and the results is compared with the harmony search algorithm to verify the feasibility and practicability of the model and algorithm.
