The Research Of Chinese Futures Brokerage Firms' Corporate Social Responsibility

With the reform and opening-up policy for the last thirty years, China has already achieved a lot. But we are now facing a serious problem today, that is the lack of corporation social responsibility. Futures is designed to be a risk reducing tool. It should have the function of risk management. Look back the development history for the futures in China, it did help to solve the pricing conflict in those special decades.As a linkage from the futures market and the investors, our futures brokerage firm also takes the social responsibility. Shanghai Futures Association deliberated and adopted by the requirement of China Securities Regulatory Commission. As a futures practitioner with almost 20 years experience, I'll discuss the achievement we've made and reveal the key problems we are suffering. In the thesis, information from the public, questionnaire survey and actual cases will be analyzed to point out the suggestion including: 1. Do what a brokerage firm should do, 2. Popularize education for investors, 3. Improving the restructuring of investment, 4. Setting up the responsibility system of the firm, 5. Perfecting the CSR reports.
