Youngor is the representative of Chinese clothes'companies, it has achieved a lot in the past 30 years. It is the pride of our country. Youngor becomes bigger and bigger in the competition. From a factory called QingChun to a huge corporation with controlling the whole supply chain. Youngor has her own supplies including cotton and wool. And Youngor also has a lot of cooperation with some universities as Eastern China university for the I&D. The sales channel of Youngor is also the number one in China. And Youngor merger Xin Ma in America to get the sales channel in north America. Compared with competitors, Youngor has a lot of advantages, but we have to know that the big company has not the same meaning as strong company; we have to know the meaning of marketing. Youngor doesn't get success in some market segment. We think Youngor can get much bigger success if we can make a better marketing strategy based on the advantage of our manufacture capacity. Surely with better CRM and some new channels.
