COC brand children's clothing in 2010 has been selected as China's top ten children's clothing brand. From the total sales, market size expansion COC brand has become a market leader in youth brand clothing. COC brand children's clothing entered Wuhan's children's clothing market in 2007 and established brand monopoly in Wuhan jianghan road. However, it's development is not unsatisfactory.The article starts from the introduction of the company of COC and children's clothing market in China. By in-depth analyzing of the children's wear market in Wuhan, this section focuses on the expansion of space and development prospects of Children's clothing industry, by analyzing of children's wear market in China and in Wuhan. Then, under the guidance of the marketing theory, the second section selects the target customers and market positioning against children's wear market in Wuhan for COC brand, by analyzing the competitive situation and consumer behavior in Wuhan's market.The article gives some suggestion to the further development of COC brand and creates a system of management and marketing strategy against various shops, though analyzing the current marketing strategy of COC youth brand clothing in Wuhan. The section explores the feasibility of establishing the COC brand's flagship store in Zhenghua Market of Wuhan by analyzing the influence factors to expanding physical stores. When the direct marketing is stable and mature, we can establish dealer network by choosing secondary franchisees and carry out sales of COC brand children's clothing in Wuhan.
