The Current Situation And Countermeasure Of Customs Supervision Site Management

Customs is a governmental organization responsible for supervision and control over all arrivals in and departures from the Customs territory (hereinafter referred in as inward and outward). According to Customs Law and other relevant laws and regulations, Customs conducts supervision over inward and outward means of transport, goods and articles; and enforces the supervision power in the specific area, that is the specific supervision site, and in a time limit. Customs supervision site is related to Customs supervision operations, except some extensible operations such as supervision over transshipment. General Customs operations are handled in Customs supervision sites. The management of Customs supervision sites is a composition of Customs supervision operations and a key link of strengthening Customs logistics monitor. In this paper, public management, administration, human resources management, risk management, the basis of theory, according to identify problems, analyze problems, to solve the problem of means to enhance management of the subject to Customs control sites were investigated.Paper tries to introduce the concept of the customs control and customs control areas related to management of the basic content areas, the strengthening of customs supervision and workplace management feasibility analysis.
