The current rural agricultural show a huge volume of transactions and accounts for the major part of income of the farmers, thus agricultural products trading, market liquidity has become practical problems .Farmers agent, produced along with the development of rural markets, and it conforms to the economic development of China's rural market, the objective requirements for modern needs of the rural reality. Although the proportion of China's rural population accounts for a small farmer agent, but its service functions related to the production, circulation, consumption and other aspects, is a bridge between urban and rural commodity circulation and lubricants. Right to invigorate the rural economy, solve the "three rural" issue is of great strategic significance .At present, the development of peasant brokers is still at the exploratory stage in China, the theoretical circles for population stratification in this study are also different opinions, there are many outstanding issues, therefore, conducted a study on farmers broker has important practical significance and theoretical significance.This paper is based on transaction costs and principal-agent theory, using a combination of theoretical and empirical analysis, with the means of the field survey, the questionnaire analysis and individual interviews, relying on the development of China's farmers, showing the development phenomenon of Guozhuang peasant brokers, explore its problems, and trying to find a practical guide response.This paper is divided into four chapters; the first chapter mainly discusses the purpose and significance of the study, related literature review, research ideas and related research methods. The second chapter gives a general introduction to the concepts of nature broker, the development process and so on. And it describes several types of our common agent, as well as an overview of the theory of peasant brokers. The third chapter introduces the creation and development of peasant brokers, then is an empirical analysis of the existence of Guozhuang peasant brokers, and makes position analysis and characteristics argument for Guozhuang farmer's brokers, and finally pointed out the problems in the development process of the Guozhuang farmer's agent. The fourth chapter is based on the preamble argument; tentatively explore the development model, training and management of Guozhuang farmer's agent.
