As an important part of social security system,occupational pension is a part of the multi-leveled strategy of social security.Because the people's aging and the burden of social security being more and more serous,the occupational pension's development is conceded by government and the society.With the development of the scale of occupational pension . the demand for increasing its value will be higher.Seeking the effective investment of occupational pension fund is very important for both the partner's interesting and occupational pension's sustainable development.The investment's strategy is the core of occupational pension fund's investment.According to the securities` market's change, the portfolio manager can use many kind of methods, technologies and tools to reach the target of the occupational pension.Through the selection and application of the investment's strategy based on stocks and bonds,managers may avoid the investment's risk.There are four parts in this paper. Firstly, we outline the occupational pension fund, including the conception and the history of its development in the world. The second part describes the condition of occupational pension fund,including the history of its development in China, gives a brief introduction of profit and risk, and then points out the problems in China's occupational pension investment. The most import one in the paper is the investment strategy in part 3.Compared with experience overseas, we summarize the problems in domestic occupational pension fund's investment, and pose the two-leveled investment strategy. In this part, we bring up the method that building a portfolio within a risk budget.. According to the real condition in China, we give the suggestion of our policy of occupational pension fund's investment in part 4.
