The U.S. sub-prime crisis triggered a global economic turbulence, domestic manufacturing enterprises, particularly export-dependent manufacturers faced with severe challenges. The face of the economic crisis sweeping the globe, the domestic economic slowdown, as well as after the accession to WTO, international manufacturers and suppliers, increased competition and mergers, unprecedented cost pressures and stringent quality requirements, the increasing development costs and labor costs as well as a variety of disguised self-preservation and the introduction of economic sanctions, domestic manufacturing market is suffering the depression, The "winter" of manufacturers comes. Similarly, by the European, American and Japanese economic downturn, appreciation of the RMB, coupled with frequent fluctuations in raw material prices, labor costs soared, the international market, trade protectionism is increasing, barriers to trade and many other factors, market demand for low-voltage electrical industry declines rapidly in 2009, and low-voltage electrical industry is just like entering the "most difficult year." like the international and domestic economic. With increasingly tough international market, national governments heavy investment in infrastructure, export-dependent manufacturers have to consider how to develop and consolidate the domestic market within the huge potential investment after the government's investment. However, the domestic market has been becoming the hottest market for the investors. Using what marketing strategies to cope with the domestic market, how to seek survival and development has become the export-dependent manufacturing industry's biggest problem.This paper analyzes the economic crisis and the impact on China's mechanical and electrical companies, with the deterioration in the international economic situation. exports dropping, raw materials surging, domestic mechanical and electrical enterprises are facing a variety of difficulties, at last the author put forward the concept of service marketing to improve the mechanical and electrical enterprises Competitiveness within domestic business.
