Search On The Incentive Mechanism Of Circular Economy

Human beings are part of the planet's ecosystems, the earth's environment is not only to provide natural resources for the production of human society, but also to provide life support systems for human, and it is the basic to satisfy human needs. As a long-term human over-development and use, it has caused many serious environmental problems. There is an overburdened planet, and the environmental pollution and destruction of the Earth has been a serious threat to human survival and development.Circular economy is an economic development model, which is based on the relationship between a profound understanding of resource consumption and environmental pollution, to achieve the goal of environmental protection, pollution prevention and achieve the sustainable development, through conservation and recycling of resources used to improve the efficiency of resource use, and generated from the source to prevent pollution and reduce emissions per unit of output. The establishment of circular economy is a complex and systematic project, requires community participation and joint efforts. Through established perfect policies and regulations and effective market-based instruments, from three-level, a single coupling entity, coupled parks and social community, gradually establish a circular economy development model.This thesis begin with the basic theory of circular economy, then the domestic and overseas theory research results about the incentive mechanism of circular economy has been analyzed, and brief commentary to these research results has been given, indicating that in present the circular economy's incentive mechanism is not perfect, and then analyses this do some influence to the circular economy's process. In order to probe into the incentive system and the restrictive conditions of coupling-behaviors for circulation economic unions, this article designs a theory model, by which an analytical framework was also provided to further study the circulation economy.This article is divided into six parts. The first part is an introduction, describes the research background and significance, research status, the main contents of the article and the main methods used and the main innovation. The second part is the basic theory, both the circular economy and incentive mechanism of circular economy had elaborated. First, sort out and analysis the concept of circular economy and principles of meaning, comparative analysis of the traditional economy and the circular economy, then introduce the basic framework of the circular economy and the general description of the incentive mechanism of circular economy, have provided a theoretical basis for follow-up study. The third part introduces the research results presented about the incentive mechanism of circular economy in China, pointed out the problems and the impact. The forth part have build the incentive mechanism of circular economy, in order to probe into the incentive system and the restrictive conditions of coupling-behaviors for circulation economic unions, this part designs a theory model, by which an analytical framework was also provided to further study the circulation economy. The fifth part is the research on measures to promote incentive mechanism of circular economy by reference developed countries'experiences on the developments of incentive mechanism. The sixth part is the conclusion, summarizes the main results and raises the issue after further research.
