Research On The Patent Risk In Enterprises' Independent Innovation

Enhancing the enterprises capability of independent innovation, speeding up theestablishment of the enterprises as the center of independent innovation system, which isthe nation's core innovation strategy and important tasks recently. The enterprises alsonotice that if they want to enhance the competitiveness, improving the independenttechnological innovation ability and patent operation ability are the right ways. Otherwise,along with high income, high risk also is coming. So it is significant to enhance theenterprises capability of dealing with the patent risk through the independent innovation.This thesis sets up patent risk research in enterprises'independent innovation asresearch main body. Firstly from an academic angle, in the domestic and internationalstudy conscientiously summing up the present situation on the basis of this thesis definesthe patent risk in enterprises'independent innovation, which lies a theoretical foundationfor the following chapters. Secondly, it carries out research on the patent risk factors thataffect the independent innovation of enterprises. The sources and factors of patent risk areanalyzed. Ambiguity of patent risk itself and people's cognition causes more difficultiespatent risk evaluation of independent innovation of enterprises. It has been discussed inthe qualitatively way for a long time. The thesis advances the patent risk evaluation fromqualitatively to qualitatively and quantitatively fall together. It proposes the principle ofconstructing patent risks warning index system of independent innovation. Then based onthe AHP and Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation Model, the patent risk evaluation model forenterprises independent innovation is established. It also makes an empirical analysis.Finally, the thesis works out the preventives for the patent risk in enterprises'independentinnovation and looks forward to the developing direction of this field in future.
