Research On The Risk Management Of "The 12th Five-Year" Patent Statistical Analysis In Nanning

"The 12th Five-Year" patent statistical analysis project of Nanning is a government procurement projects for public bidding,which is promoted by Nanning city science and Technology Bureau,in order to find out the detailed distribution of all kinds of patents in the "12th Five-Year" period of the whole city,study and formulate feasible significance of "the 13th Five-Year "patent work to promote policies and measures.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the project,and the research results would meet the expectations of the Nanning Municipal Science and Technology Bureau,it is necessary to carry out project risk analysis.The writer build the Nanning's "12th Five-Year" patent statistical analysis project risk management system by using the method of brainstorming,expert evaluation method.Through the steps of risk identification,risk assessment and risk control,this paper combined 5 risk types:Data analysis risk,Undertake unit risk,complete quality risk,delay issue risk and review acceptance risk and in each risk type a total of 14 risk factors.Based on these types of risk score,analysis and summary,it is concluded that the biggest impact of risk types and types of the project effect,according to these types and factors,and puts forward some suggestions in order to have the guiding significance to the same type of project.
