The hot topic in the development of the current logistics industry is how to realize the Resource-saving logistics. The effective way to reduce logistics costs is to realize the reasonable location and the optimal routes through the planning scheme of distribution.With the complicated logistics environment and enlargement of logistics area, the interaction between location allocation problems and vehicle routing problems grow larger. Nowadays many practical problems take both problems into account, it has formed location routing problems (LRP).The traditional method of solving LRP is to establish the mathematical model, and calculate results through the corresponding algorithm by computer programming. The traditional method of solving the problem is based on the radial virtual network LRP, and only output data form, neither to make decision makers intuitively see the solutions, nor manage the database, so the promotion the method has great limitations.Trans CAD software system with senior database management function and geographical data used to operate the usable map interface can be more efficient handling logistics location allocation and vehicle routing optimization problem. With strong spatial analysis ability, Trans CAD can analyze logistics distribution system with spatial characteristics more effectively, especially suitable for the analysis of logistics information processing, and is one of the important tool of the modernization of logistics management.According to the characteristics of logistics location allocation and vehicle routing and the logistics modules of Trans CAD, this paper constructs the LRP data structure which is appropriate for network analysis of Trans CAD software, and discusses the adjustment technology of vehicle routing based on Trans CAD, aims to show that new information technology can be more efficient, intuitively for logistics distribution system.This paper does a further and specific research for the optimization of logistics location allocation and vehicle routing based on Trans CAD software system, and gets the conclusions as follows:(1)This thesis constructs the basic logistics distribution LRP data system based on Trans CAD software system. (2)This thesis creates LRP geographic layers in Trans CAD.(3)This paper creates the LRP network, and outputs the multipath shortest path matrix and vehicle routing matrix using Trans CAD system tools.(4) This paper solves the location allocation problems and vehicle routing problems using the logistics modules of Trans CAD software system, and outputs the solutions of location allocation and vehicle routing with the form of data window and route system.(5)This thesis solves the muti-facilities'and muti-vehicles'LRP based on realistic network.(6)In this thesis the solutions of location allocation problems and vehicle routing problems are analyzed, and delivery routes have been adjusted using the vehicle routes editing tools. In the end, it draws on the solutions of logistics location allocation problems and vehicle routing problems based on Trans CAD.
