Research Of The New Standard Applicability In Mountain Highways Construction

With the continuous development of our economy,traffic plays a more and more driving role to the economy. Through many years of Highway construction, plain region motorway particularly highway's density already higher,while mountain construction still develop slow,seriously restricted mountain region social progress and economic development.In order to achieve socio-economic rounded,balanced development and narrow the gap between mountain and plain areas,each province start the construction of the mountain highway. Mountain areas geological conditions Varied, Poor stability,lead the construction of Mountain highway complex and difficult, the cost of the highway is changeable and largely. There is a certain gap between JTG/TB06-02-2007 and the mountain cost in the artificial,mechanical, material consumption,not conducive to cost rational determination.This article is first study the mountain highway and construction characteristics of mountain highway construction. Secondly,study the method of amend standard, and for the three typical points which are three-dimensional network of grass, mechanical hydraulic seeding grass and stone works projects,amend the new standard,eventually form a typical project for Mountain Highway standard. At the same time,study the method of expand mountain amend standard data for the theoretical support.On the one hand,this study provides the cost reference of mountain highway in investment decision,preliminary design and expands preliminary design. On the other hand to provide theoretical support for the mountain standard establishment, and provide a reference for the China traffic management system.
