The Chinese postal enterprise is developing and reforming, it is an important task. Therefore, it is urgently needed to control costs and manage the cost and benefits. In this process, principles of Operations Research can play a huge role. To study how to use the basic principles of Operations Research in the Chinese postal enterprise is very important. It briefly describes the characteristics of Chinese postal enterprise and the reform process. It also describes the background of the control costs and manages the cost and benefits. The chapters introduced the concept of the theories and practical application in the postal enterprises. In the end the Paper summarizes the principles of Operations Research applications in the postal business.
