With knowledge economy being arrived at and talented person market competition being keen gradually, key employee turnover has already become the difficult problem that enterprises in China must deeply ponder and then carefully solve. Because the enterprises will sustain severe lossesFor running off of key employees who have bright features, create excellent performance and supply continuously core competition for them. In the future market competition, the key link of winning victory in the competition is obtaining the key employees. In a word, the key employee turnover has become the important problem that concern the enterprise survival or development.Being directed at key employee turnover of H company in recent years, basing on survey and the theory thesis analysis the problem form their features, the current situation, the serious consequence to H company and the reason. In the ending of this article, I put forward own view of management tactics of keeping key employees.
