Traditional project management is about the mode of single project management related to scale,cost,schedule,quality and etc. As more and more quantities of projects, the enterprise, often and often, need to manage multi-projects executed by juxtaposition-Multi-Projects Management. Different from traditional project management mode, multi-projects management mode mainly is about the resource allocation, cost, and the efficiency of resource of multi-projects. That the execution of multi-projects is successful or not, will result in the enterprise' economic benefits directly.The Project Portfolio Management is concerned on the management of resource allocating, prioritizing, resource balancing, project selecting in the level of organization strategy.
