Employee is one of the most important stakeholders and starting point that enterprises fulfill their social responsibility. In recent years Chinese enterprises encounter a great social responsibility crisis,it requires the corporate to implement corporate social responsibility voluntarily and urgently objectively,explore effective corporate social responsibility management method.But domestic academic research on CSR is still at the initial stage, they discuss the corporate social responsibility and its standards widely,but staying at theory of deducing and the response plan to responsibility standard.There are few articles that relate to employee social responsibility management,which provide real basement and possibility for my research.There were some studies on the relationship between CSR and corporate performance and between CSR and corporate reputation.This study do empirical research on relationship between CSR and employee turnover intention from employee's viewpoint.On the basis of summary and induction of classic literature on CSR,employee satisfaction,employee turnover intention and among CSR, employee satisfaction and employee turnover intention,this study defines the concepts of CSR, employee satisfaction and employee turnover intention,designs a stakeholder-oriented CSR index system,its dimensions are pinned down as economic responsibility,legal responsibility,discretionary responsibility,Then this study designs index system of employee satisfaction,including dimensions of employee satisfaction with the whole corporate and of employee satisfaction with work return,Finally this study designs index system of employee turnover intention,including only one dimensions.On this basis,this study puts forward research framework and hypothesis.The author carries out a questionnaire survey on staff in car specility stores of Guang Dong province,then the study makes analysis of correlation,regression and variances etc. on the data from questionnaire by using SPSS16.0 and AMOS17.0.Through this empirical research,we can draw the following conclusions:corporate social performance(CSP) and employee turnover intention have significantly negative correlation,CSP and employee satisfaction have significantly positive correlation;CSP has significant effects on employee turnover intention and employee satisfaction, CSP on legal responsibility,discretionary responsibility have significant effects on employee satisfaction with the whole corporate and employee satisfaction with work return. Employee satisfaction with the whole corporate doesn't have intermediary role between employees'social responsibility and employee turnover intention,employee satisfaction with the work return have fully intermediary role between employees' social responsibility and employee turnover intention.The article's research conclusions present the reference values for enterprises in China especially for car speciality stores of Guang Dong province in particular to strengthen CSR practice,reduce employee turnover rate,improve employee satisfaction and corporate competitiveness.
