Service industry spring up is a notable feature of modern economic development, which position is more and more important in the national economy. The importance of services marketing is increasingly prominent. Luggage and package express as one of the express delivery service, the level of marketing service management has a profound effect on its long-term development.C company is a large-scale comprehensive transportation enterprise which subordinate to the Guangzhou Transportation Group. C company mainly engaged in passenger and cargo transport and vehicle station management. Since around 1998, each station of C company officially launched of the luggage and package business. C company experienced 3 stages of from scratch—rapid development– stagnant development from the history of its development process.In this paper, the research object is C company's luggage and package express business, try to analyze the existing problems in C company's luggage and package express management by using the related mature theory such as services marketing,strategic management etc. Propose optimal solutions and countermeasures in order to provide guidance for C company's luggage and package express business.In the introduction, introduced the development of luggage and package express business and relevant theory of marketing service; In the first part (case description), described the development of express delivery industry and the status of C company;In the second part (case analysis), conducted an in-depth analysis of C company's marketing environment by using the analytical model such as: PEST,SWOT etc. From the perspective of marketing management, the problem of C company's luggage and package express business development is not lack of awareness of marketing management, services marketing system is not established, and don't set the services marketing strategic planning in the service business development process, and there is no effective implementation of various marketing strategy. Finally, according to C Company's business status, clearly put forward that C company should establish the correct marketing conception, form a reasonable security system, make out the target marketing strategic planning, correct implementation of the 7P marketing mix to improve marketing management.
