A Study And Application On Economic Benefits Evaluation Of Manufacturing Enterprises Informationalization

Along with the development of information technology, informationalization has been a useful method to keep core competitive capacity and to improve benefits of an enterprise, especially in manufacturing one, in which the quantities and types of data as well as the demand of data accuracy seem more complex than other kinds. However, informationlization is a project in large investment, long duration and high technical acquirement, which always leads to the state of distance existing between anticipation and practice in benefits brought from information system. Therefore, a justice and scientific evaluation method in informationlization is necessary, which is still absent now.This paper reviews the existing works firstly and then categories them with summary of their advantage and disadvantage respectively. Synthesis indicator method among them is better than others based on utilizing favorable parts of others methods affiliating financial field, economic field, and mathematical field respectively. Based on deeply analysis, some shortages of synthesis indicator method have been dug out in this paper including following three aspects: 1. it is more complicated, higher requirement in dada and less possibility in operating. 2. it is lack of dynamism in indicator system. 3. It is absence of standard in choice of mathematical model to deal with the data of indicator in terms of unawareness of the disadvantages and advantages of every mathematical model. The first one of above all is a problem in the layer of method facility in comparing with the rests in the layer of evaluation process reasonability.As to the first question, this paper initiates a new model called three-dimensional coordinate spatial model, which is emphasis on enterprises'supporting ability to informationlization. And through rational definition for every dimension, accurate accumulation on indicator data and cubic volume, the model outcomes such disadvantages of common synthesis dictator evaluation methods as complexity and poor operationality.In other hand, as to the rests questions, this paper initiates an amending model for existing methods to correct their unreasonable factors in the three main evaluating processes in terms of rational standard concluded. This model has chose three mathematical model: entropy model, DEA model, and gray linking analysis model, which are suitable for this question. In addition necessary shifting of basic formulations, the model enables existing synthetic dictator evaluation methods become more easy and lower demand of relative data.In the end, two cases, which have been evaluated by other methods, are supplied for proving the reasonability of two new models.
