From the economic benefits, ecological benefits, resources guarantee, technology guarantee specific evaluation of the four aspects of the development of modern agriculture in Heilongjiang province.The research contents of this paper through the establishment of index model mainly includes two aspects:the economic benefit and ecological benefit, and combined with the weight of evaluation index system of modern agricultural development analysis, draw the following conclusions:from the overall assessment results,2002-2011Heilongjiang part of the regional agricultural development economic benefits in general was first decreased and then increased steadily year after year "V" development trend, in2007, dropped to the bottom, only52.34, after rising steadily year by year, in2009, reached120.15; ecological benefits overall rising trend year by year, but in every process of change is a downward trend; comprehensive benefits. In early twenty-first Century, Heilongjiang modern agriculture comprehensive benefit of regional development is worse, in2007, in the bottom, comprehensive benefit index was73.90; in2008, up planting comprehensive benefits obvious rise, to the comprehensive benefit index in2011reached116.95. The modern agriculture in Heilongjiang Province in recent years, the overall development situation is good. But, we should see, mainly because of the increase of overall efficiency continues to rise, in the economic benefit index2007-2011, index of economic efficiency increased by nearly70points, while ecological index only in2008,2009, up nearly20points,2010,2011, appeared to drop. In recent years, the development trend of agricultural population in Heilongjiang is good, however, largely increasing comprehensive benefit of continued to rise in the economic benefit index. The overall analysis, the comprehensive benefit is the highest in Daqing, followed by Mudanjiang area and Jia Musi area, in the Suihua area and Harbin area and Qigihar area, the comprehensive benefit of the lowest, at the same time, compared with the average level of comparison, slightly lower than the average level of development. With the passage of time, the gap between Heilongjiang agricultural economic benefits, ecological benefits and comprehensive benefits of inter regional expanding, agricultural development is not balanced, and as time goes by, the difference between the area are expanding; there may be at the expense of the environment to develop the economy behavior parts.
