Selection And Associated Effects Of Leading Industry In Heilongjiang Province

Regional leading industries drive the regional industrial development, they are the core of the regional industrial structure and the regional characteristic economy incarnate. As a growth of the regional economic development, Regional leading industries play an important part on the optimization and upgrading of the regional industrial structure. To choose the region's leading industry correctly is the prerequisite and key to achieve the rationalization of the regional industrial structure, which is related to the development speed and direction of the regional economic. How to use its rich natural resource, how to turn the resource advantages into economic advantages, how to select and develop the leading industries based on the local conditions, they are very important for Heilongjiang Province, which is an economically underdeveloped region.In this paper, with the data of the second national economic census in Heilongjiang Province, based on the statistics, industrial economics, regional economics, econometrics, the methods of qualitative and quantitative, the plenty collection of selected domestic and international leading industry research results, we will quantify the empirical analysis.Firstly it explains the meaning of regional leading industry, while summarizing the Industry Association;secondly, based on the studies both domestic and international, it analyzes the principles and constraints of the regional leading industries, constructed the index system of the regional leading industries from five factors and the gray comprehensive cluster evaluation model;thirdly, based on the data of the second national economic census in Heilongjiang Province, it analyzes the industry development in Heilongjiang Province, according to the gray comprehensive cluster evaluation model, it identifies the five leading industries, using the input-output model, it analyzes the association effects of the selected leading industry;finally, it puts forward the suggestions to develop the leading industries in Heilongjiang Province.
