Study Of Evolution And Interaction Between Industrial Structure And Employment Structure On Hefei

Employment plays a very important role in people's livelihood. In recent years, the problem of employment became more and more seriously, a lot of people are suffering from this difficult employment situation. Therefore, the problem attracts more and more concern and attention of government. Since from reform and opening-up, the GDP of Hefei city has been improved rapidly; from 1978 to 2008, the annual GDP increasing rate in Hefei reached to 28.28%, the pattern of industrial structure changed from "Two, One, Three" to "Two, Three, One". By the adjustment and upgrading of the industrial structure, the employment structure changed also. At present, a little research focus on this field about how the industrial structure and the employment structure affect each other, especially the research based on The Second Economic Census data of Hefei. Thus, in this thesis, we investigated the relationship between industrial structure and employment structure in Hefei.Following introduced the theory of industrial structure and employment structure; we analyzed the current situation of industrial structure and employment structure of Hefei, and their evolutionary trends from 1978 to 2008. And then, we illustrated the impact of industrial structure transition of Hefei city on its employment structure by using analyses of correlations, industrial structure departure degree, and comparative labor productivity. From that, we found that industrial structure and employment structure had been tending to assort with each other of Hefei , and the economic effect of industrial structure was not high, and some other problem.Based on above, we analyzed how to adjust the industrial structure systematically, and rose up some political advices for reducing employment pressure.
