| Small and medium industrial enterprises are major forces for sustained economic growth. Growth evaluation of such enterprises is a way to inquire developmental potential, analyse drawbacks and make strategy of companies. By 2008 the quantity of small and medium industrial enterprises above designated size in AnHui is up to 14 000 with the total industrial output value of 7081.14 billion CNY. Obviously it's a significant job to construct the measurement system of AnHui's small and medium industrial enterprises.The paper firstly reviews enterprises'growth and relevant assessment in theory then analyses the internal and external factors of companies'growth. Secondly by comparing the existing ways of index valuation and combining with the growth characteristics of small and medium industrial enterprises the paper presents principles of indexes selection and constructs an index system to evaluate small and medium industrial enterprises's growth. Lastly the paper tests the index system with data of NanLing country with an accordant result. |
