Research On Technological Decision - Making Of Small And Medium - Sized Private Enterprises Based On Analytic Hierarchy Process

The development of small and medium-sized enterprises is the micro foundation of socialist market economy, which is the important channel to solve the employment, which is to maintain the social stability of the basic force, and promote national economy sustained steady development the important cornerstone. Its survival and development, has a vital significance to ensure "One hundred two years" goal and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream. However, In order to survive and develop, the small and medium-sized private enterprises are faced with the decision of investment and re investment, in the increasingly fierce competition in the market economy environment. A wrong investment decisions, often causes the enterprise to fall into the difficult situation, and impact on the country’s economic development. Therefore, it has become worthy of our in-depth study of the subject that how to promote the small and medium-sized private enterprise scientific investment decision-making problem.Practice found that small and medium-sized private enterprises in the technological transformation project investment decision problem is not a single technology economics process, multiple factors in the process of each game, it has been changed to a multi object decision making problem. But at present, most of the traditional decision-making methods are single objective decision-making method, which can not meet the requirements of the existing small and medium-sized private enterprises in the technological transformation of the project investment decision-making, and the author finds that the analytic hierarchy process can transform the multi objective decision problem of the enterprise into a multi level single objective decision problem, and simplify the complex decision making problem, by studying the relevant literature and the latest research results.So to effectively improve the current situation, this paper in reference to the relevant literature and based on the basis of their own experience, try to the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) is applied to solve small and medium-sized private enterprises in the technological transformation project investment decision problem, build based on AHP and people camp decision model of enterprise’s technical transformation and attempts to provide a more scientific method of investment decision for the vast number of small and medium-sized private enterprises operators, guide more small and medium-sized private enterprises to use AHP method in investment decision of technological transformation, in order to improve the scientificity and rationality of the small and medium-sized private enterprise technical innovation investment decision. This research method mainly adopts literature reading and research, system analysis, combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods.This paper based on the AHP method of small and medium-sized private enterprises technical innovation decision making research of small and medium-sized private enterprises to carry out technological transformation characteristics of investment decision, the theme of careful study, exploring AHP method is applied to the necessity and feasibility of small and medium-sized private enterprises technical innovation decision making, on the basis of AHP theory into small and medium-sized private enterprises technical innovation decision making, construction based on AHP method of small and medium-sized private enterprises technical innovation decision making model, expanding the scope of application of the theory of AHP, and further improve the investment decision of small and medium-sized private enterprises and the relevant theoretical research. And WH company as an example, detailed analysis how according to the AHP (analytic hierarchy process), concrete construction WH company technical investment decision model and demonstration of the whole process, easy to understand, in order for further in the small and medium-sized private enterprises to promote the decision method is applied to provide reference and reflection.
