The Study On Cluster Development Of Shanxi Leisure Agriculture

Since the end of 80s last century, with the development of agricultural industrialization and agricultural restructuring, in the transformation of traditional agriculture, the agriculture and tourism cross-combination of a new industry-leisure agriculture came into being in our country.The development of leisure agriculture in Shanxi Province is a strategic initiative for the adjustment of agricultural structure, business model transformation of traditional agriculture, the development of rural economy, and an important way to promote sustainable agricultural development. Shanxi Province is rich of agricultural, rural resources, and people's living standard is improved constantly, which provide for development of leisure agriculture good conditions. However, there exist series problems in the development of leisure agriculture in Shanxi Province, which restrict the development of leisure agriculture seriously.In the long history of the world economy, the development of industrial cluster is one of the splendid touches. The industrial cluster plays an increasingly important role in the region and the global economic growth. The industrial cluster is conducive for the enterprises to gain a competitive advantage, thereby stimulate economic development of a particular region and even the entire nation. This article is based on the consideration mentioned above, attempts to apply industrial cluster theory to the development of leisure agriculture in Shanxi Province.The article include four parts generally, the first chapter is an introduction, briefly introduce the background of the thesis writing, research purpose and significance, methodology of the problem research, expected objectives as well as possible innovations. The second chapter, as the second part, mainly expounds identification of the concept and theoretical basis related to the research: explain the meaning of leisure agriculture, characteristics and classification, as well as domestic and international research on leisure agriculture; followed by the cluster theory, mainly include the concept of industrial cluster, characteristics, classification, mechanism of conformation and factors detailed, and summaries the domestic and abroad status of research; Then there is a comprehensive overview for the domestic and international research about the cluster of leisure agriculture. The third part is the main body of the thesis, includes the third, fourth and fifth chapters, the 1st section of the third chapter elaborates the current situation of the leisure agriculture in Shanxi Province, which is summarized comprehensively from type, scale to the development of every regions; The second section put the problems of the development of leisure agriculture in Shanxi Province forward, such as enterprises are scattered, lack of cooperation, lack of innovation, no brand effect, industry chain is simple, slow development of related industries, no economies of scale internal and no scope of benefits external; The third section analyzes the necessity for the development of leisure agriculture cluster in Shanxi Province. The fourth chapter is a spatial integrated structure mode for development of cluster of leisure agriculture in Shanxi Province, the writer proposes four mode: assemble around recreational areas, gather around large-scale park of leisure agriculture, make the town a center to cluster, interactive between the cluster of leisure agriculture and mature tourist attraction. The fifth chapter is some recommendations for the government and enterprises. The fourth part is conclusion which summarized for the study briefly.
