Related Issues Study Of China's Financial Audit Under The Subprime Mortgage Crisis

The sub-prime crisis, also known as the sub-prime mortgage crisis,is defined as a storm caused by sub-prime mortgage lenders bankruptcy, investment funds were forced to close and the stock market turbulence in the United States. The characteristics of the sub-prime crisis is that,the world's major economies is the center of the crisis,and it quickly spread to the edge economy.It's characteristics is contrast with the previous economic crisis, because of this, the world economy is the rapidly collapse and recover slowly. The outbreak of the sub-prime crisis is impact on the world economy, regardless of the world's major developed countries, or developing countries, are all affected. In this article,we use the causes and development of seq-prime crisis as an entry point, briefly introduce it's impact on the world's major economies, while drawing on the economic development in USA, Japan ,Europe and in Russia,Pakistan,India under the sub-prime crisis, combined with the current economic datas,the goal is to analyse the impact of the sub-prime crisis on China's financial industry,such as China's credit, non-performing assets, merger reports and the international hot money inflow ,so as to study the the negative factors in China's financial industry under current global financial crisis.On this basis, this article uses data analysis, inter-disciplinary research methods, as well as learn a lot of research scholars at home and abroad, and advances a comprehensive analysis on the reform issues in our financial audit of credit under the sub-prime crisis, expencially direct to credits,non-performing assets, combined statements and international hot money inflows areas.At the same time,this article put forward some views on the current concept of China's financial audit, perfect the financial audit laws and regulations and provide financial audit staffs.
