The Research On The Way Of The Transformation And Development Of China Asset Management Company

Despite the fast-growing financial ,the financial sector is still faced with lots of problem,wihich caused many governments attach great importance. after 1990s. In order to maintain economic stability, governments devoted a great deal of effort in the financial operation system, the financial internal and external supervision, the restructuring of financial institutions,,and introduced various measures to save the crisis in the financial industry. As the banking sector occupies a particularly important place in the whole financial system, the fragile banking system is saved by banking order. The government of China has taken an important measure, on the basis of the foreign experience ,and set up asset management companies, spin-off banks accumulated huge non-performing assets. Since it set up ten years ago,four asset management companies actively explore disposition of non-performing assets with Chinese characteristics.Asset management and disposal have made positive progress, and aslo accumulated rich experience.The financial crisis once again shows that financial development, innovation, supervision are needed to be coordinated effectively. For such an inadequate financial sector development in China ,it must be under the premise of effective risk prevention and accelerate the pace of financial sector reform and development, and constantly enhance its capability and capacity to respond to crises , fully play an important role of financial asset management companies.Non-performing assets posed a potential threat to the stability of financial system.Financial asset management companies are as a special bodies of non-performing assets ,and after national asset management company finished the disposal of the basic tasks, they often will be asked to shut down, restructuring or merger, which the background and the process is worth studying.Based on the development process of the asset management company, the author combined with domestic and international status quo, analysis the current problems asset management companies in China and put forward to the transformation advice of asset management companies development , and make a critical analysis from the policy-oriented institutions to commercial transformation of assets under a new stuation.
