Analysis On The Impact Of Venture Capital On China's Industrial Upgrading

Industrial upgrading means the improvement of industrial structure and industrial quality and efficiency. According to Western developed economies and the development of mature experience and the classic theory of industrial upgrading, it widely exists the approach of health and sustainable upgrading the country, which means the key point is from the first industry transfers to the second industry and then gradually shift to the tertiary industry. Based on the classical theory of foreign countries and China's current economic situation, this dissertation finds the situation that the Chinese economy is still in the typical urban-rural dual economic structure, and the unlimited supply of cheap labor in the agricultural sector not only inhibits technology adoption, while refraining the growth of our residents'income, which severely constrained production efficiency and capacity released by the domestic demand. Therefore, solutions of this thesis is that through continuous investment of potential industry to fully meet the market demand, while growing scale of the industry, stimulate employment, increase income, thereby increase domestic demand and capacity, to promote expansion of the economic cycle, promoting China's dual economic structure to change to one dollar in economic structure. And it puts forward that treat venture capital as the pacesetter for the leading flows, investment-oriented industries, mainly venture investment with the characteristics of the decision.
