In order to facilitate the study on the inventory management model, it also introduces the basic concept of inventory management, the connotation, the role and the model of the inventory management. To evaluate the existing inventory management model in Orient Home. To evaluate its advantages and disadvantages objectively and to show the direction of development. In chapter 5 to show the construction way for Orient Home to implement his Warehouse Inventory management, to descript the concept and basic characteristics of Warehouse Inventory management and to evaluate the basic ways for Orient Home to implement the new management model in order to show the possibility and superiority for reforming.
