With the continuous development of economy globalization, mixed operation has become the main trend of the finance development. Our country's segregated operation and segregated supervision system also promote the economy growth for a period, but with the international economy development and change, as well as the present reality in our country, it must be realized that the trend of mixed operation is becoming stronger and stronger. To choose a certain management pattern is of vital importance, it must conform to our country's real situation. Considering our present level of economy development, the discrepancy between other country's politics and culture, the inadequacies of our legal foundation, to choose Financial Holding Company is the most reliable way to achieve mixed operation.After the practice of Financial Holding Company mode, there must be a supervision system conforming with its development, to reform our existing system. Currently, supervision on the mode of mixed operation is with American umbrella regulation and British unified supervision as its representative. There is no doubt that our reform on financial supervision need to take unified supervision as final target, but in the view of our current reality, to transit from segregated operation and segregated supervision to mixed mode will meet many resistance and difficulties, we have to gradually transit to the unified form.
