Research On The Financing Issue Of Yunnan Infrastructures Construction

Developed countries and the part of the domestic province's experience shows that: Infrastructure determines economic health and sustainable development. To a certain extent, the poor infrastructure would restrict local economic development. The infrastructure can provide general production and living conditions. It directly affects ours economic growing. With the acceleration of urbanization in Yunnan Province, the number of infrastructure constructions are increasing, resulting in the demand for capital is increasing. It is usually that the capital of infrastructure is mainly provided by the government in the past. But now, it has been difficult to fund large-scale infrastructure construction to the strong needs. Financing channels and the plight of a single financing models, leading to contradictions between supply and demand of funds, which to some extent, restricted the economic development of Yunnan Province. Therefore, how to enrich financing model and expand financing channels, which is a process of development in Yunnan Province problems to be solved.Yunnan's infrastructure financing is as the research object, from the indirect financing channels of direct financing channels and financing model point of view, elaborated on the financing situation of infrastructure construction in Yunnan Province. Then the author analysis in-depth from the macro-institutional factors, and microscopic point of view of internal factors, obtained the specific reasons of leading to the financing of infrastructure construction in Yunnan Province. Finally, for these reasons the author proposes to develop municipal bonds, and to use the financing model of BOT, as well as depth to the county government credit financing platform for municipal governments. The author believes that using the above methods will greatly improve Yunnan's infrastructure financing situation.
