China's Urban Infrastructure, Municipal Bond Financing Problem

For long time, our country urban infrastructure constructions lag behind economic development, its main reason is investment shortage. Along with the progress of civilization accelerating, the contradiction between the huge demand of funds for urban infrastructure construction and the limited financial resources of the local government is increasingly highlighted. For this reason, the innovation and standardization on financing tools of the reform direction is essential. As an important finance vehicle for fund accumulation of urban infrastructure, municipal bonds can lyse the public finance pressure. How to import the new financing tool is a new topic worthy of inquiring into and studying.In addition to introduction, the thesis is constituted of four parts.
