As the management concept of people-oriented deepens, the research of employee satisfaction is attracting more and more wide range of scholars. After untiring effort and pursuit, the research of employee satisfaction has acquired quite a lot of achievements. The domestic scholars who has researched employee satisfaction mainly contains the followings, Yu Wenzhao, Shi kan, Lu jia, and so on, their empirical research showed that, the following factors, personal factors, leading level, working characteristics, working condition, welfare benefits, salary allowance and employment relationship, all have prominent influence on employee satisfaction. As about ten kinds of measurement tools on employee satisfaction have been developed, we may pay more attention on why these factors play an important role in the organizational life and how they play their roles on the research of employee satisfaction. On the side of research methods, the research of employee satisfaction will continuously absorb new variables, enhance the research of causal relationship, and integrate the related theories in the mass. Along with this though, we'll at the same time combine with the researching results of emotional intelligence of psychology, and add the independent variable of emotional intelligence to explain the difference of employee satisfaction, and then for the unique nature and characteristics of growth-oriented enterprises in the emotional intelligence and job satisfaction, we will make the empirical research to find the relationship between them.This paper has studied and reviewed the related literatures at first, and finished the work of literature review. Then I have conducted a questionnaire survey on some enterprises in Chengdu, and reclaimed 150 valid questionnaires. Then I have adopted those methods as descriptive statistical analysis, reliability and validity analysis, factor analysis, regression analysis, variance analysis, and so on, and come to a conclusion that emotional intelligence and employee satisfaction are correlated, and introduced a management model based on the thought that emotional intelligence can promote the employee satisfaction. This model brings out relevant management measures aimed at employees that belong to different boxes, this can provide some references for the enterprises to fully realize their employees'ability of emotional intelligence, effectively inspirit the employees, promote employee satisfaction, and improve the enterprises' management levels.
